I forgot to mention that you should leave your oven at 75C/175F. You should cook the gyoza in batches of four and then leave them over paper towel on an oven proof plate in the oven before serving.

The miracle of Hannukah is the deep fryer. This is surely how the oil lasted 8 days. Hag sameach!

Truth is it always lasted 8 days. The oil salesmen had people convinced they had to start fresh every day. It's only in modern times, with the advent of consumer protection laws, that the label on Tov Menorah Oil says, mind you in six point type, "lasts eight days."
