looks delicious!!

after literally the WORST pizza of my life (cold, kosher, from yerushalyim) on wed night, i got pizza at Fornino in Williamsburg last night. it was unreal. we must go when you get home.

If you like Margerheta Pizza, this is definitely the dough for you, its a delayed rise, using instant yeast and your fridge. it makes great flat bread, and cooks amazing with a bread stone (which is a must have for bread/pizza making, congrats for buying one!).
