Pesach is like Ikea - immediately recognizable no matter what part of the world you are in. Gefilte fish or spicy Moroccan fish - doesn't matter. The Pesach plate is the same. Eliahu is at everyone's door. The wine doesn't really go with the food. The second half of the seder is usually curtailed. The kids get wild. Despite all the work, it is worth it. B'Shanah Habbah b'Tel Aviv.
