This sounds really yummy. Do you get fresh corn. Would be yummier with that.

There is fresh corn in Israel but the texture is awful - not enough water so it's really chewy and gummy and is impossible to get out of your teeth. I used the Green Giant because it's American. If I were in the States I think I might char the fresh corn first on the grill, rather than browning it in the pan. But it certainly was really yummy.

Wow, I love Peking duck and never thought to make it myself, but you are always a source of inspiration. Can I just say that when I first saw that picture, I thought had a 6 pack, and was ripped! Regardless of the athletic inclinations of the duck, the final results look amazing.
