I am writing here simply to boast that I enjoyed the pleasure of eating up this meal over stimulation conversation. The goose was seared perfectly leaving the full flavor of the meat. The sauce was definitely the portion of the meal I hope to create on my own, as I cant shake the taste of it to this day. At first bite it was a taste of spicy smoked (sesame) fruit, only to surprise with a chili attack that hits your mouth leaving strong a desire for more. At the conclusion of the meal the sauce was gone save a tablespoon; I couldn't bring myself to possibly throw it out, and we saved it for later.. what ever happened to that newly discovered staple?
